Quo Vadimus is an early stage investor and business consultant for LeaseLoc, LLC, the developer of the LeaseLoc Security System. LeaseLoc has developed proprietary technology designed to protect a commercial leasing company’s investment in aircraft, yachts and high end vehicles in the event of payment default by the lessee. The LeaseLoc device will safely disable the aircraft, yacht or vehicle until payment has been made. The lessor must enter a valid monthly payment code into the LeaseLoc device during the term of the lease. The device is configurable to allow for grace periods, overpayments, early terminations and special situations. The device is tested and working in vehicles, ships, yachts and is undergoing FAA approval currently.

Charity Yachts is a 501-(c)(3) not for profit corporation which solicits donations of boats, yachts and larger marine vessels such as ships, cruise ships, barges and tankers. The donated vessels are managed and maintained by Quo Vadimus and either sold or rented into the open marketplace. All net proceeds from the sale of vessels as well as rental income are donated to local charities to promote and expand marine safety and oceanographic research.
